Michael, located in Marshfield, MA, is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail oriented, and posses excellent communication skills.
Job Summary The Landscape Construction Foreman is responsible for organizing the day-to-day labor including equipment, materials, and subcontractors for assigned jobsite.
Essential Functions Supervise and participate in daily landscape construction activity at jobsite Monitor jobsite for compliance with all company safety policies Communicate with Project Manager and/or Operations Manager as needed Accurately prepare daily and weekly foreman logs Qualifications and Skills 5
years experience in site work, hardscape, landscape and irrigation installations; ability to ID plant species and varieties a plus.
Valid Driver's License required; CDL preferred.
2A/1C MA Hoisting License and proficiency in machine operation (skid steer and mini-excavator) Experience reading, interpreting, and implementing blueprints.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; computer proficiency.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
